HubbubHR Subprocessor List

Abstract

HubbubHR engages carefully selected third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to support the secure delivery, operation, maintenance, and support of our cloud-based Adaptive Human Capital Management (aHCM) platform.

This Subprocessor List identifies the Subprocessors authorised by HubbubHR to process Customer Personal Data on our behalf and provides a summary of the services they perform.

This document should be read together with the HubbubHR Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which sets out HubbubHR’s contractual commitments relating to the appointment, management, and oversight of Subprocessors.

Document Notice

HubbubHR periodically reviews its Subprocessors to ensure they continue to meet our security, privacy, operational, and compliance requirements.

This Subprocessor List may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or business operations. The most current version will always be available through the HubbubHR Trust Centre.

Where required under the applicable Subscription Agreement or Data Processing Agreement (DPA), HubbubHR will notify customers of material changes to this Subprocessor List in accordance with our contractual commitments.

1. Our Approach

HubbubHR carefully selects Subprocessors that support the secure delivery of our Services.

Before engaging a Subprocessor, HubbubHR evaluates factors including:

security and privacy;
regulatory compliance;
operational reliability; and
the ability to appropriately protect Customer Personal Data.

Where a Subprocessor processes Customer Personal Data on HubbubHR’s behalf, HubbubHR requires appropriate contractual, confidentiality, privacy, and security obligations consistent with applicable data protection legislation.

2. Current Subprocessors

Cloud Infrastructure	Microsoft Azure	Cloud hosting and infrastructure	Hosts the HubbubHR platform, application services, databases, backups, and Customer Data within the Customer’s selected Microsoft Azure region.
Business Operations	Microsoft 365	Customer communications, implementation, support and collaboration	Supports customer communications, implementation activities, customer support, document collaboration, Microsoft Teams meetings, and the secure exchange of Customer information during the delivery of the Services.

3. International Data Transfers

Where a Subprocessor processes Customer Personal Data outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected, HubbubHR implements appropriate contractual and technical safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

4. Changes to our Subprocessors

HubbubHR may appoint, replace, or remove Subprocessors as our Services and business operations evolve.

The current Subprocessor List will always be available through the HubbubHR Trust Centre.

Where required by the applicable Subscription Agreement or Data Processing Agreement (DPA), HubbubHR will notify customers of material changes to this Subprocessor List in accordance with our contractual commitments.
