Ode Systems Inc. (dba HubbubHR) and its Cloud HR enterprise-class brand HubbubHR is committed to protecting the privacy of all personal information gathered or accessed by our company. Personal information is any information that can be used to identify, contact or distinguish an individual from others. By using the HubbubHR website, you consent to the personal information practices described in this statement.

We protect the privacy and confidentiality of personal information in full compliance with legislation in the Province of British Columbia and federal Canadian legislation. In the event that we request your personal information, it shall be used solely for the purpose(s) to which your consent is given and you may request to review your personal information at any time. HubbubHR complies with GDPR. 

If you registered to receive information from us and no longer wish to do so, we will remove you from our contact list at your request. We do not share mailing list information with others and use “cookies” on our website only to track the number of visitors to the site.

We use industry standard techniques such as firewalls, encryption, intruder detection and site monitoring for our data security. Our data is stored in a secure physical environment and our employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement to further ensure the protection of personal information that may be compiled or accessed by us.

HubbubHR complies with GDPR. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the 1995 EU Data Protection Directive and is the most significant piece of European privacy legislation in the last twenty years. GDPR strengthens the rights that EU individuals have over their personal data, unifies data protection laws across Europe and places more responsibility on customers of HR software (as data controllers) and on providers of HR enterprise software (as data processors).
