Bernie, a former Navy helicopter pilot, an early member of FEDEX’s award-winning senior HR staff, a founder of Aller-Rule Inc and an equity partner of FLX Corporation, has over 30 years of experience working in the area of HR. As a SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, and HRIP certified HR Generalist, and an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, The American Payroll Association, and the International Association of Human Resource Information Management.
